Coxwell Station opened on February 26, 1966 as part of the early Bloor–Danforth line, sitting in a calm, neighbourhood-focused stretch of the east end. Steps from small shops and quiet residential streets, it has a steady, everyday rhythm shaped by its compact bus loop and the flow of locals who rely on it.

Visually, the station has a subtle charm—older tiles, clean lines, and soft natural light that hits nicely at certain times of day. I’ve been returning to photograph those details and the understated character that sets Coxwell apart from the busier downtown stations.
